Shipping policy

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience. As a result, FLORII offers you Free Shipping Worldwide on all orders. For your peace of mind, we will also send you an international package tracking number. Depending on where you live, you can expect to receive your item(s) in 1 to 5 business days.

All orders are fulfilled within the same day that the order is placed. Once your order is processed you will receive it within 1 to 5 business days. Delivery times can vary based on your shipping destination. We offer delivery via our shipping service UPS.

We do not offer any other shipping method. All orders are delivered exclusively via our shipping service UPS within 1 to 5 business days.

We offer Free Shipping Worldwide which includes over 220 countries and territories. 

No worries, we will cover all duties and taxes, no matter where you are located or currency you've paid. 

We do ship to a PO box, however sometimes it can cause delays. Please reach out to to us at contact@florii.shop if you are having trouble with a PO box order.

We offer FREE shipping for all orders.

We will file a UPS claim on your behalf. Please note these claims can take up to 20 days to process. 

FLORII is not responsible for any lost / stolen packages or shipped to an incorrect address.

Returns Policy

We DO NOT offer Refunds or Exchanges on change of mind and/or incorrect sizing purchases.
We accept returns of unused and unaltered items ONLY if: 
(1) Poor quality / faulty garments or (2) Incorrect order received.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unmarked, unaltered and in the original packaging. Garments must be in original condition and must not have been altered, worn or washed.

If eligible, we offer refund on all purchases made within 30 days of receiving the original order; please consider that it might take several working days for the returned item to reach our warehouse.

You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The returned items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way, we also suggest you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

2. Enter your order number and email address to start.

3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.

4. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

We accept returns of unused and unaltered items ONLY if:

1. Poor quality-Faulty and/or

2. Incorrect order received.

As soon as your return (package) is received and inspected that it is in good condition (as it was shipped to you), we will send you a confirmation email that your return has been accepted, and we will proceed to refund your credit card or any other original method of payment used, within the fastest amount of time (refunds are made in line with the credit card policies).

We strive for the highest quality in all our clothing lines, therefore all items are quality controlled and checked extensively for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive (by any miracle) an item that is not in perfect condition please visit our returns center: www.florii.returnscenter.com. Enter your order number, email address and follow the instructions to make a return.

We do not offer exchanges of items already purchased.
